a breakthrough. Physically and mentally refreshing, it has improved my posture and flexibility. My goal is to bring this feeling to women and men alike.

I am Flóra Szabó, co-owner of ISPilates studio. 

I trained with STOTT Pilates, and it has been a priority for me ever since to keep educating myself, because I believe that once we understand how our bodies work, that's where real progress begins. In my classes, we do functional exercises that give us stability and strength for our daily activities, and of course we do it all following the Pilates principles: control, concentration, precision, breathing. The flow feeling I experienced in my first Pilates class is something I try to bring to my classes, so that people of all ages and fitness levels can experience the joy of movement, because I believe that our body is not a trend, but our most powerful tool.

I am Réka Petrányi and I will be supporting you in your ISPilates classes, mainly in yoga and mat pilates. I got into yoga as a counterbalance to office work, sports and other injuries, and because of an interest in self-awareness. This was followed by pilates, which I wanted to experience the physical and mental effects of conscious, controlled movement and breathing from a different perspective. 

My classes focus on prevention, correct execution and personalised attention. Exercises are used to strengthen deep muscles, develop body awareness, improve posture and build a stable, balanced foundation for everyday life and sport. With me, you can work towards your goals in a safe, supportive atmosphere, without expectations, yet mindfully and effectively, both as a beginner and an advanced exerciser. 

For me, it's very motivating to see my students progress, to see them doing for themselves. I am grateful for their trust and also because it inspires me to keep improving.

Hi, I'm Györgyi, reformer and ground pilates instructor. Pilates has been part of my life for several years, but in 2024 I decided that I would like to teach it, so I completed the STOTT ground and reformer pilates training. I have always been passionate about mindful exercise and a healthy lifestyle so it is a great pleasure to be able to make it my profession. Come to my classes so I can give you the wonderful feeling that pilates gives me.
