These Terms apply to the group and individual movement classes provided by 2M Sport Kft. (hereinafter: the Service Provider) under the name iSPilates Studio, and to the tickets and passes entitling the holder to attend them. The person using the service is hereinafter referred to as the Guest. By making a booking or purchasing a ticket or pass, the Guest accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Classes can be booked in the MotiBro booking system (MotiBro Szolgáltató Kft., 4482 Kótaj, Kert utca 1., tax number: 25852419-2-15). Booking requires an account in the MotiBro system; the data provided there is processed by MotiBro under its own privacy policy. The contract is concluded upon successful booking, or upon payment for the ticket or pass and receipt of the confirmation e-mail. The confirmation is sent automatically after payment.

Current prices, tickets, passes and packages are available in the MotiBro booking system. Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include the full amount payable.

Payment methods: online card payment or Apple Pay in the MotiBro system, via the payment service of Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland), or cash at the studio.

Card details are never transmitted to the Service Provider; they are handled by the payment service provider. After successful payment, the Service Provider issues an electronic invoice and sends it to the e-mail address provided by the Guest.

The number of sessions and the period of use for each pass are set out in the current price list. A pass may be used within its stated validity period; any unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and their value is not refunded by the Service Provider. Passes are personal and may not be transferred to another person unless the Service Provider has given prior consent.

A booking may be cancelled free of charge in the MotiBro system no later than 24 hours before the start of the class. In the case of cancellation within 24 hours, or non-attendance without notice, the session is deemed used. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a class or change its time, in particular in the event of low attendance or if the instructor is unable to attend. In such cases the Guest's session is not deducted, and the Service Provider will notify the Guest of the cancellation.

The Guest attends classes at their own risk. The Guest must inform the instructor of any health condition (illness, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery) that may affect the exercise. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage to health resulting from the Guest's failure to provide such information, from disregarding the instructor's instructions, or from improper use of the equipment. The Guest should arrive before the class starts. The instructor may refuse the participation of a Guest who arrives late, in the interest of the other participants and safe practice; in this case the session is deemed used.

Clean sportswear and non-slip socks are mandatory in the studio. The Service Provider accepts no liability for valuables. The instructor may exclude from the class any person who is disruptive, disturbs other Guests or breaches the safety rules.

Under Section 29(1)(l) of 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet (Government Decree No. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses), the Guest has no right of withdrawal in respect of leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. This applies to classes booked for a specific time. In the case of a pass that is not tied to a specific date and has not yet been started, the Guest may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided that no session has yet been used from the pass. If a session has already been used, the Service Provider refunds an amount proportionate to the unused sessions.

The Guest may submit a complaint at info@ispilates.hu or by phone at +36 70 635 7457. The Service Provider investigates the complaint and responds in writing within 30 days. If the Guest does not agree with the response, they may turn to the conciliation body (békéltető testület) competent for their place of residence. The body competent for the Service Provider's registered office is: Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board), 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. The texts, images and videos on this website are protected by copyright. They may only be used with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on this website.

The Service Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. The version in force is always available on the website. Amendments do not affect bookings already made.

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by 2013. évi V. törvény (Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code), 2001. évi CVIII. törvény (Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services) and 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet (Government Decree No. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses).
